The Queen has confirmed the Enterprise Bill, announced by the business minister last week, will go ahead.
Her Majesty opened Parliament this morning with the first conservative-only speech in twenty years.
More information on the Enterprise Bill was announced in the speech and background briefing notes for small businesses.
The Queen said that legislation will be brought forward “to help achieve full employment”.
“New duties will require my ministers to report annually on job creation and apprenticeships. Measures will also be introduced to reduce regulation on small businesses so they can create jobs,” her Majesty said.
